This market will be special with Craft Fair & food market featuring local organic produce and products, Live jazz & Brazillian Barbeque with Pampa Churrascharia.

The organic farmers market this month will be providing an opportunity for consumers to sample fresh organic produce and products which will be supplied by Organic Farmers. The range of produce will include fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, coffee, and organic inputs. You can also sign up for basket delivery with the different farmers who offer basket delivery services. The market will be starting at 10.00 a.m and will end at 4.00pm.

Direction: The market will take place at Rosslyn River Garden Centre off Limuru Road, 300 metres after the Village Market.

Kalimoni Greens Organic Shop opens

The organic sector in Kenya got a major boost on Saturday 1st March 2008 when Kalimoni Greens opened doors for its ultra modern organic store. The store is located on the ground floor of Karen Park situated along Ngong Road opposite St. Christopher Secondary School. The shop will be selling certified organic fresh fruits, vegetables, non food products to include; food supplements and herbal products. The shop will also be doing basket deliveries to registered customers to be picked at designated points. The store will also be providing an opportunity for many smallholder organic farmers to sell their organic products.
